Business consulting that fixes real problems, not hypothetical ones

We work with mid-sized companies across England who know something is off but cannot pinpoint exactly where the money leaks, the bottlenecks sit, or the growth stalls. Our team finds those answers in weeks, not quarters.

What we actually do

Every engagement starts with the same question: what would change your bottom line most in the next twelve months? Then we build the plan around that answer.

Revenue growth strategy

We map your current revenue channels, identify which ones have headroom, and build a 90-day action plan with specific targets your sales team can execute without hiring extra staff.

Operational cost reduction

We audit procurement, staffing ratios and process waste. Most clients discover 12 to 18 per cent in recoverable costs within the first four weeks of our review.

Organisational restructuring

Reporting lines that made sense five years ago rarely fit today. We redesign team structures so decisions move faster and accountability is clear from the shop floor to the boardroom.

Market entry planning

Expanding into a new region or vertical? We build the financial model, competitive map and go-to-market timeline so you invest with data behind every assumption.

Whiteboard showing business process analysis during a consulting session

Most consultancies hand you a slide deck. We hand you a working plan.

We have seen companies spend six figures on strategy reports that gather dust in a shared drive. That is not what we do. Every recommendation we make comes with an owner, a deadline and a measurable outcome.

Our consultants sit inside your business for the first two weeks. They talk to your team, watch the workflows, read the spreadsheets nobody else wants to read. The diagnosis is grounded in what is actually happening, not what the leadership team assumes is happening.

  • On-site diagnostic phase lasting ten working days

From first call to measurable change

Four stages. No mystery about what comes next or what it costs.

Diagnostic call

A 45-minute conversation where we learn about your business, your numbers and the specific frustration that prompted you to reach out. No charge, no obligation.

On-site deep dive

Our team spends two weeks embedded in your operation. We interview staff, review financials and map processes. You receive a written findings report on day ten.

Action plan delivery

A prioritised roadmap with cost estimates, expected returns and clear ownership for each initiative. We present it to your leadership team and adjust based on feedback.

Implementation support

We stay involved for six months. Monthly progress reviews, ad-hoc calls when issues arise, and honest updates if something is not working as planned.

Questions we hear often

How much does an engagement cost?
Pricing depends on scope. A focused cost-reduction audit for a 50-person company typically runs between £12,000 and £18,000. Larger restructuring projects are scoped individually after the diagnostic call. We always quote a fixed fee before work begins.
Do you work with companies outside England?
Our primary base is England, and most clients are within a two-hour drive of East Gibson. We have taken on projects in Scotland and Wales when the fit is right, but we prefer to be physically present during the diagnostic phase, so geography matters.
What size of company is the best fit?
We work best with businesses that have between 20 and 500 employees and annual revenue above £2 million. Below that threshold, the consulting fee is hard to justify against the savings. Above 500 staff, the project scope usually requires a larger team than we field.
Will your consultants replace our management team?
No. We advise and support, but your people run the business. The entire point of our approach is to build internal capability so that improvements stick long after we leave.
How quickly can we start?
After the diagnostic call, we can usually begin the on-site phase within two to three weeks. If your situation is urgent, we have started as quickly as five business days from first contact.
